Home > How It Works

Interested in having table tennis in your school or community? Here’s how it works:

  1. Table Tennis Training
  2. A minimum of (1) one teacher or local resident MUST complete a 2-Day Training Course offered by an International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) Certified Expert. These courses happen every few months.

  3. Local Coordinator
  4. Each community is supported through the assistance of a local coordinator. This coordinator provides knowledge and support to teachers and community representatives, and helps organize competitions and events.

  5. Equipment Distribution
  6. Upon completion of the course, Vincy Table Tennis distributes equipment to your school or community, including boards, bats and balls. This equipment is provided at no cost but is considered loan–it belongs to Vincy Table Tennis.

  7. Monthly Reporting
  8. To ensure continued support (equipment and training) from Vincy Table Tennis, teachers and/or community representatives must submit monthly reports about the activities undertaken.

  9. Sustainability
  10. Vincy Table Tennis reserves the right to reacquire equipment and freeze financial support if a community or school does not comply with the organization’s rules. This equipment and support will be transferred to another school or community.
