APRIL 2023

The VTTF, for the month of April as seen in the article above took a big step with a number of collaborative Grassroots Table Tennis training camps. This was done in celebration of world table tennis day WTTD “17th April 2023” and a successful programme year funded by the UK Friends of the Mustique Charitable Trust – UKFMCT.

The UKFMCT programme targeted the more hard to reach areas for Table Tennis at the grassroots level in SVG: Fancy and Troumaca/Chateaubelair. The VTTF will like to thank the UKFMCT for their support and look forward to the goal of a continued collaboration in the future.

The numbers in attendance and active locations increased. This is showing that the VTTF is making progress on its grassroots table tennis path across St. Vincent and the Grenadines. We intend to keep pushing onwards with our programmes and activities, to reach the young kids in schools, the young adults in the communities and even the parents across SVG.

JUNE 2023

In the month of June sessions were at a low due to School exams being done across St. Vincent and the Grenadines. For the first half of July SVG would have its cultural carnival events, so the VTTF activities should be restarting after that is completed.
